It’s no secret I love fashion. I also love laughing at ridiculous fashion.
In a recent fit of insomnia, I spent a good hour perusing the Nordstrom website. It didn’t help my insomnia that I nearly died laughing at some of the things they were selling.
Join me now in a humorous game of Who Wore It Better?! First up, this grey shift dress. Who wore it better: the model, or Wednesday Addams? I dunno about you, but I think the model on the left needs to up her goth game if she wants to give Miss Addams a run for her money.

Next up, who wore it better: The model, or Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas? I think the model needs a few more scars and some even paler makeup to be as cool as Sally.

Who wore it better: The model, or the cover of the Beatles’ Yellow Submarine album? Both are pretty psychedelic.

Who wore it better: The model, or the Joker in the Dark Knight film? I honestly find the models’s outfit so dang creepy because all it’s missing is a cinched belt and the DENT logo.

Finally, who wore it better: The model with an overpriced jumpsuit, or “Relativity” by M. C. Escher? I’m getting dizzy just looking at both!

Now if you’ll all excuse me, I obviously need to do some shopping… 😉

lmao, great finds. Wednesday, Sally, The Beatles, The Joker, and of course Relativity all win. Very amusing for sure.
I think I’m the most fashion-illiterate person in the world. Perhaps in the top 10 at least. Happily (and not coincidentally), my choices for work only come down to what tie to wear, while I display my diverse khaki shorts and a t-shirt in summer and jeans and a flannel in winter. Pathetic? Maybe. But there’s something to be said for simplicity and not having to go through decision fatigue just trying to figure out an outfit. lol

Haha glad you enjoyed it! I laughed so hard when I first so all these foolish (and very expensive) outfits. Your fashion breadth sounds very much like my fiance’s. He owns khakis, jeans, a couple of suits, and a variety of t-shirts lol. I agree there is something to be said for simplicity! Then again I have a weak spot for impractically high heels, but I think a lot of us women do 🙂

Who designed those clothes from Nordstrom?
The name sounds awesome and I can only think of Nords from the Elder Scrolls creating neat outfits – but not these.
The characters wore them better. Definitely.

Haha I like the idea of a character from Elder Scrolls being a fashion designer! And I totally agree, the characters wore them way better. 🙂

Hooray for Wednesday Adamsa and Sally. They definitely know how to stand out from the crowd. Great idea for a post.
