While the Panthers and the Titans are my two NFL loves (which made Sunday’s game extra interesting for me), I was really rooting for Cincinnati to remain undefeated on Monday night, because I’ve got many friends and colleagues in Cincy.

Alas and alack, the Bengals lost to the Texans, in an offense-light 10 to 6 final score. Eight and one is of course still a fabulous record, but that now leaves just two teams, the Panthers and the Patriots, still undefeated, though who knows how many more weeks that can keep up.
